EXTRA GOLF is a members-only indoor golf club with four locations in central Tokyo. Every bay is a fully private room, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Clubs are free to borrow, so you can come empty-handed.
Campaign extended to 31 December 2026 (up to 10 new members per location): join on the day of your free trial and the joining fee is half price (¥22,000 → ¥11,000). The trial itself is free.
How it works
1. Book online
Reserve any 90-minute slot from our booking site. Same-day booking is fine. The booking site is in Japanese, so we have an English booking guide.
2. Enter with a QR code
The door unlocks automatically at your reserved time. Our clubs are unstaffed.
3. Play
Balls and bay fees are included. Clubs (driver, woods, irons, wedges, putter) are free to borrow.
Membership
Prices below are before tax. Consumption tax (10%) is added at payment.
UnlimitedFrom ¥36,000 / month1–2 slots per day. Our most popular plan.
Time-basedFrom ¥22,000 / monthOne slot per day in a fixed time band (early morning, daytime or late night).
Pay per visitFrom ¥5,000 / month1–5 visits a month. A good way to start.
Guests: up to 3 people may join you at no extra charge on every plan (Tsukishima: up to 2).
Members can use all four locations (except two location-specific plans at Kiyosumi-shirakawa).

A free 90-minute trial is available at every location. A staff member will show you how the simulator works, and the rest of the time is yours. Clubs are provided. Just bring a golf glove if you have one, shoes you can move in (sneakers are fine) and your smartphone.

Is English support available?
Our booking site is in Japanese only, so we have made a step-by-step English booking guide with screenshots. For questions, message our LINE official account. Our assistant replies in English.
Do I need my own clubs?
No. Right-handed and left-handed rental clubs are free. Wear clothes you can swing in and indoor shoes (sneakers are fine).
Can I visit without a membership?
The free trial is open to anyone. Regular use requires membership.
Is it really open 24 hours?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The door unlocks with a QR code at your booked time.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Up to 3 guests at no extra cost on every plan (up to 2 at Tsukishima).
